Job Profile E.A. to Director, Mumbai :
01) Co-ordination of business activities & reports with Director & all business groups.
02) Keep track of business progress.
03) Preparing a regular agenda for meetings with clients & internal top executives.
04) Replying to emails, letters, messages on behalf of directors.
05) Co-ordinating between various members of the organization, handling complaints & correspondence.
06) Collating MIS reports & value-added analysis. Highlighting the vital info to the top Management.
07) Proper filing of all confidential info & easy retrieval of important docs.
08) Guest Relations.
09) Assisting in all business activities coming to the Director.
10) Handling such independent work that may be entrusted from time to time.
11) Preparing agenda / minutes of meetings attended.
12) Business development initiatives.
13) New business initiatives.
14) Vouchers of staff (across branches) for approval.
15) Filing of soft as well as hard copies of personal files.
16) Assisting in Admin activities like attendance details, out duty details, housekeeping, pantry management and other activities relating to Admin profile.
17) Shortlisting of cvs from the job portal and social networking sites. Coordinating for interviews and recommending the shortlisted candidates for the next round of interviews. Coordinating with the Director for scheduling interviews, reference checking, issuing offer and appointment letters, joining and exit formalities to be coordinated.
Qualifications : MBA-Finance.
Experience : 2-5 years.
