Job Description – Executive Assistant to CEO
Industry : Logistics & Freight Forwarding
Location : Chembur, Mumbai (Direct connectivity preferred)
Experience : 5–12 years (preferably from logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or allied industries)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO in day-to-day operations and business initiatives.
- Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and decisions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organizational efficiency.
- Track and follow up on key action items, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the CEO in reviewing business performance, client relationships, and operational updates.
- Assist in research, data compilation, and preparation of management reports and presentations.
- Represent the CEO’s office professionally in meetings, conferences, and communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Management preferred.Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as Executive Assistant, EA to CEO / MD, or similar senior management role.Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
