The Executive Assistant is a key role, supporting the work of the Director and reporting to one of the promoters of the organization.
Access to confidential information, requiring absolute discretion at all times.
Demonstrable experience of working at a similar level and proven administrative, secretarial and office skills.
Plan, organize and anticipate requirements well in advance.
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Director
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Coordinate for travel arrangements.
Maintain various records and data.
Key Skills
Should have excellent knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
Good command over English.
Excellent Follow up skills.
Excellent Numerical skills.
Good co- ordination skills
Good communication skills
Energetic and positive
Good listening power
Calm and sincere
Criteria
Candidate should be graduate.
Should have an experience of minimum 5 years as an EA to MD / Director of a company.
Should be within 35 years
Should be an immediate joiner.
Our Office is in Borivali East, so candidate from nearby locations are only preferable
