Miracle Group - Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Manager - Accounts to lead our Finance and Accounts function.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of team leadership and strong expertise in taxation and general accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Accounts and Finance Department, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all financial operations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to direct and indirect taxation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and accurate financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Strong expertise in direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
