Monday to Friday : 9 AM – 5 PM AEST

Saturday : 12 PM – 4 PM AEST

About the Role :

• Junior Ads Manager
• with
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience
• in a marketing agency to lead paid advertising campaigns, optimize ad performance, and drive measurable results. If you're data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital advertising—this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute ad strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more

Design compelling ad creatives and manage end-to-end campaigns

Allocate budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI

Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize results

Run A / B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates

Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

✅ Strong analytical skills; proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.

✅ Creative flair combined with a results-driven mindset

✅ Ability to adapt strategies based on performance data

✅ Excellent communication and client management skills
