About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for the USA market. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in managing Google My Business (GMB) profiles, Google Maps optimization, and delivering measurable ROI for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for USA-based clients.
- Optimize ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages for maximum conversions.
- Manage and optimize Google My Business profiles to improve local search visibility.
- Implement strategies to boost Google Maps rankings for service-based businesses.
- Track campaign performance using Google Ads Dashboard, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research for targeted ad spend.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports highlighting ROI, CPC, CTR, conversions, and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with USA clients, understanding their goals and market Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for USA clients.
- Strong knowledge of GMB optimization and Google Maps ranking strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Dashboard, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent understanding of the USA market and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with international Skills :
- Experience with call tracking and conversion tracking setup.
- Familiarity with local SEO alongside paid campaigns.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Should be comfortable with Flexible Hours with USA Client Availability)
