Position : HR Executive
Location : Nerul, Navi Mumbai
Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm
End-to-End Recruitment Management :
Handle all stages of the recruitment process, from job description creation to offer management.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline :
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract and build a strong pool of qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing :
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify and select the best-fit candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers :
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and assist in filling open positions.
Onboarding :
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientations and introductions.
Employee Releations :
Address employee concerns, manage conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
Record Maintenance :
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Reporting & Analytics :
Monitor key HR metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire, generating reports for management.
