ROLE MISSION :

Build a people engine that is fast, fair, and high-energy. Solve problems on the spot. Blend process + empathy. Drive performance with heart.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Own hiring for stores & HO (sourcing → interviews → offers)
• Run onboarding that feels warm and day-one ready
• Manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll support
• Drive training & grooming standards on the floor
• Close issues quickly—grievances, discipline, and follow-ups
• Keep HR data neat in Excel (filters, basics; VLOOKUP is a plus)
• Track reviews, incentives, and SOP compliance
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, and store managers
