Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring an open and positive workplace environment.
Requirements :
1–3 years of HR experience in recruitment and broad HR activities (generalist, HRBP or similar).
Any Graduate
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust across levels.
Curious, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Interest in developing into a strategic HRBP role over time.
