We are seeking a Head of Marketing with an MBA in Marketing from a top-tier institution to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for a luxury brand. You will be responsible for overseeing high-quality content creation, leading a high-performing team, and implementing a 360-degree digital strategy to enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years of experience in marketing within the luxury brands sector, a proven track record of marketing to HNIs , and a deep understanding of luxury branding and consumer preferences.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and event channels to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and brand presence.
- Content & Brand Management : Oversee high-quality content creation, including social media posts, articles, and marketing materials, supported by a dynamic social media calendar. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, aligning with the brand's identity and values.
- Digital Strategy : Implement and oversee a 360-degree digital strategy across platforms like Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn , including SEO , paid campaigns, and geographical boosting to maximize brand awareness, lead generation, and ROI .
- Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals. Collaborate with creative agencies to deliver innovative designs and assets. Work with media houses like Vogue and Elle Décor to enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting : Develop and implement frameworks for performance tracking, analyze results, and optimize budgets to align with business goals. Share detailed reports with stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Production & Vendor Management : Ensure the timely creation of marketing materials, including brochures, renders, and videos. Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective execution. Oversee product photoshoots and video production to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
Skills Required
A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing within the luxury brands sector.Proven track record in marketing to HNIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and managing significant budgets.Strong understanding of luxury branding, marketing strategies, and consumer preferences.Exceptional creative vision, a keen eye for detail, and a deep grasp of digital marketing strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.QUALIFICATION :
