Role & Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall objectives and market conditions in the Middle East
- Sales Target Achievement : Set sales targets and revenue goals for the branch and work with the sales team to achieve them
- Sales Team Management : Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet their targets
- Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape in the Middle Eastern region
- Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with key customers and clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting : Analyze sales data, generate sales forecasts, and provide regular sales reports to senior management
- Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Middle East, expanding the company's customer base
- Marketing Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to support sales efforts
- Budget Management : Manage the branch's sales budget and expenses efficiently
- Performance Evaluation : Conduct performance evaluations of the sales team, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans if necessary
