Role Description : An Area Sales Officer is responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and supporting sales teams through promotional campaigns and local partnerships . The role requires a dynamic individual who can manage the sales and marketing of allotted retail franchise stores, oversee field operations, engage with customers, and represent the brand effectively in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand activations.
• Conduct field visits to identify potential customer segments, distributors, or franchise leads.
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations for event collaborations.
• Manage distribution of marketing materials such as flyers, banners, posters, and merchandise.
• Track and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, pricing, and competitor trends.
• Support store launches, franchise events, and health camps.
• Ensure brand guidelines are maintained in all marketing activities.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve local marketing strategies.
