As an Area Sales Manager , you'll be responsible for driving growth, visibility, and availability of Power Pouch products within your assigned territory.

You'll :

• Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies.
• Build and manage strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive product penetration.
• Ensure excellent visibility and branding at retail and wholesale points.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade teams for impactful activations.

Eligibility

7 years plus of sales experience in tobacco, pan masala, or FMCG sectors .

Strong knowledge of distributor networks and retail channels.

Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Energetic, proactive, and ready to grow with a high-performance team.
