About Skills Mantra Edutech Consulting India Pvt. Ltd.

Skills Mantra Edutech Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the adoption and expansion of our AI-powered online assessment platform.

We provide cutting-edge Computer-Based Tests (CBT), Recruitment Tests, Government Exam, and Skills Evaluation solutions to corporates, government bodies, and academic institutions.

This role is perfect for a driven B2B sales professional who is passionate about using technology to solve talent evaluation, training, and recruitment challenges in the EdTech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Acquisition : Proactively target corporates, government bodies, and skilling institutions for high-stakes testing and skills evaluation. Position tailored online assessment solutions.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management : Own the entire sales process for assessment solutions, from lead generation and assessment-focused needs analysis to demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closure. Meet revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building & Growth : Nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers across testing verticals. Ensure client satisfaction with assessment delivery and drive repeat business and upsell opportunities for assessment types and features.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence : Monitor trends in online assessment, CBT, and HR Tech, specifically for recruitment testing, government examinations, and skills evaluation. Provide insights for product and sales strategies.
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting : Develop sales strategies for assessment and exam markets. Maintain pipeline, provide accurate assessment project forecasts, and track performance using CRM.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams for seamless onboarding and implementation of complex assessment and examination projects. Provide client feedback for assessment feature enhancement.

What We're Looking For :

1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience is a must-have for this role, with a strong preference for individuals who have specifically sold :

Computer-Based Tests (CBTs)

Recruitment Tests

Government Examination platforms

Assessment Solutions for Skilling / Upskilling and Skills Evaluations to diverse clients including Schools, Colleges, Universities, Corporates, Governments, and Educational / Training Institutions.

  • Strong Assessment Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of online assessment methodologies (psychometric, aptitude, technical, behavioural) and their application in talent evaluation, including high-stakes government exams and large-scale corporate recruitment.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation : Ability to clearly articulate complex tech solutions to diverse stakeholders (IT, HR, government officials) and strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Results-Driven & Self-Motivated : Highly autonomous, persistent professional focused on achieving targets, especially in navigating long sales cycles typical of government and large corporate deals.
  • CRM Proficiency : Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
