Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Methodologies professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices and will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams in the adoption of Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure the product backlog is prioritized and well-defined.
• Identify and resolve impediments to the team's progress and help improve team dynamics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of projects.
• Continuously improve Agile processes and practices within the team.

Education

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelors of Law (B.L / L.L.B), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), Master of Law (M.L / L.L.M)
