Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Methodologies professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices and will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams in the adoption of Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
Collaborate with product owners to ensure the product backlog is prioritized and well-defined.
Identify and resolve impediments to the team's progress and help improve team dynamics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of projects.
Continuously improve Agile processes and practices within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

6-16 years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles

Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and motivate teams

Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices

Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Practitioner)

Education

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), Master of Law (M.L / L.L.M), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelors of Law (B.L / L.L.B), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E)
