We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in leading large-scale IT and digital commerce projects, skilled in Agile methodologies, PMO practices, and enterprise technology delivery.

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.

This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage cross-functional global teams, and expertise in IT project governance.

You will also contribute to establishing and strengthening the PMO as a global center of Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple concurrent projects.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and establish milestones in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of objectives, accountability, and progress tracking.
• Implement risk management strategies, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
• Maintain and enforce governance processes, documentation, and compliance (MSA, SRS, scope agreements, reporting).
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports on project health, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive Agile project execution while ensuring alignment with organizational PMO standards.
• Facilitate project closure activities, including benefit analysis and lessons learned.
• Establish PMO best practices, expanding its role as a center of excellence for project delivery.
• Collaborate with consultants, senior analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of client and internal Skills & Competencies :

Education : Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred).

Experience : 510 years in project management / PMO, with exposure to large-scale enterprise IT or digital transformation projects.

Certifications : PMP required; Agile / Scaled Agile certifications preferred.
