Required Skills
- Experience : 7+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Mentor)
- Certifications : PSM I + PSM II (Scrum.org), Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), or SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field (preferred)
- Deep understanding of Agile software delivery, production readiness, and operational execution
- Deep knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks beyond Scrum
- Extensive experience using JIRA / Confluence or similar tools to manage Agile programs
- Practical familiarity with coaching tools for team facilitation and management
- Solid understanding of business, digital transformation, and organizational change in enterprise IT and digital contexts
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst is a plus

Model behaviors to support transformationCreate and maintain Agile culture within squadsEmbed practices such as cross‑functional collaborationWork with squads to reinforce Agile behaviors
Engage leadership to support Agile ways of workingLead Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc. across multiple squadsProvide Agile thought leadership
Act as SME to coach, mentor, and elevate Agile maturity and communicationCollaborate with Product teams on backlog management
Review and maintain backlog items for accuracy and balanceEnsure equitably distributed workload across team membersEnable squad performance and goal achievement
Anticipate and resolve blockers (e.g., resource constraints)Facilitate interactions with stakeholders (Product Managers, Leadership, etc.)Maintain process metrics, burn-down charts, and dashboards for transparencyDrive continuous improvement
