Mivan Construction Project Manager oversees real estate projects built using the Mivan formwork system, ensuring quality, timely completion, and budget adherence by managing schedules, resources, and contractors. Key duties include site visits for Mivan-specific compliance, budget management, risk mitigation, progress reporting to stakeholders, and coordinating with architects and other agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling : Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Mivan System Oversight : Ensure strict adherence to Mivan construction methods and compliance on site.

Contractor & Resource Management : Select, negotiate with, and oversee contractors and allocate project resources efficiently.

Quality & Safety : Conduct regular site inspections, verify adherence to quality standards, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.

Progress Monitoring : Track project progress from beginning to end, preparing and presenting detailed progress reports to clients and stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Resolution : Identify potential risks, implement proactive mitigation measures, and resolve issues that arise during the project.

Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate the project team, guiding various staff and workers to achieve project goals.

Communication : Maintain clear and constant communication with the project team, clients, architects, and other relevant agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise : In-depth understanding of Mivan shuttering-based construction and multistoried structures.

Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is often required.

Experience : Significant experience (often 10+ years) in managing Mivan-based high-rise projects.

Software Proficiency : Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office.

Soft Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Certification : PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
