We're looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage post-sales engagement, customer satisfaction, and coordination across teams — ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the single point of contact for post-sales customer interactions.
- Handle customer follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and service updates.
- Drive Google reviews, referrals, and post-sale payment collections.
- Maintain accurate CRM reports and daily activity logs.
