Key Responsibilities :
- 70% Functional and 30% technical expertise is required to drive innovation in payroll processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement US and Canada Year End Knowledge (t4 / rl1 / w4).
- North America Taxation specialist must ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver fast formula writing for payroll elements, minimizing errors and delays.
- Expertise in BIP and OTBI development is necessary for streamlined payroll operations.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and JIRA is essential for successful project management.
- Proven experience in HDL and data integrity practices is a must.
- Skilled in performing payroll balance initializations and balance adjustments for US and Canada localizations.
- Pay slip template customization and design are critical tasks requiring attention to detail.
- Prepare functional required documents for smooth operations.
- Conduct thorough regression testing of RICE components.
- Consult on configuration changes and design decisions to ensure best practices.
- Analyze configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas.
- Ensure robust data governance and support large / complex data imports and extracts.
Education / Certifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields is a requirement.Good knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area is expected.Desired Skills :
