We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Business Analyst to join our team in a senior capacity.
This role requires deep expertise in Workday, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex business processes across multiple systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Workday and Servicenow, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
This is a leadership role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams, process optimization, and delivery of strategic solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze, configure, and support Workday and Servicenow environments to align with evolving business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive business process analyses, strategies, and roadmaps to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage Workday-related projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL and Excel to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Create detailed documentation, workflow diagrams, and process maps using Visio to support process transparency and improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices for business
analysis and system implementation.
Stay updated with Workday releases, Servicenow enhancements, and industry trends to proactively introduce improvements.Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge-sharing across the team.Qualifications and Skills Skills :
Expertise in Workday with proven track record of implementations and support.Proficiency in Servicenow integration and workflow management.Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and negotiate across business units.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in SQL for data querying, reporting, and analysis.Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, reporting).Expertise in Visio for process documentation and workflow design.Strong understanding of business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies.Hands-on experience in Agile methodology with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and reporting tools in Workday.Experience with testing frameworks (unit, UAT, regression) for Workday and Servicenow changes.Soft Skills :
