We are a fast-growing recruitment firm specializing in IT & non-IT hiring across diverse technologies and industries. To strengthen our recruitment function and stabilize business operations, we are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter who can drive closures, manage a team, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end IT / non-IT recruitment for permanent and contract staffing.
- Work on various IT / non-IT roles and technologies across junior to senior levels.
- Manage a team of recruiters, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables.
- Own client accounts – manage requirements, submissions, and closures with defined TAT.
- Plan weekly / monthly submissions and ensure consistent pipeline for faster closures.
- Drive team to achieve hiring goals while contributing as an individual contributor.
- Manage client escalations, provide solutions, and ensure quality of delivery.
- Ensure revenue generation through successful closures and account expansion.
- Mentor, train, and upskill recruiters on sourcing strategies and market trends.
- Maintain ownership and commitment on deliverables with accountability and transparency.
What We Are Looking For :
4–6 years of strong experience in IT recruitment (contract + permanent).Proven track record of closing niche IT roles within defined timelines.Experience in handling a recruitment team with performance-driven culture.Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking).Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.Client-facing experience with account management exposure.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.Self-motivated, revenue-focused, and committed to achieving results.
