SAP SF Compensation - Functional Consultant
Description :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SF Compensation Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions and will be responsible for implementing and supporting compensation management processes for our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements related to compensation management.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions according to client specifications.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to demonstrate the functionalities of the system.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues related to compensation features.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding compensation processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to improve compensation strategies.
Skills and Qualifications :
6-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices.Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.Experience in conducting client workshops and training.Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to compensation metrics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.Knowledge of HR processes and systems integration.(ref : hirist.tech)
