Activities

• Conceive and execute the change management strategy for a major clinical transformation program
• Conduct an initial audit to assess organizational readiness and identify key change levers
• Design and deploy communication and training plans to support adoption of new tools and processes
• Produce impactful deliverables (e.g., video tutorials, communication assets, workshop materials)
• Lead and facilitate workshops with clinical teams to drive engagement and alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, R&D, Data, Quality) to ensure operational integration
• Provide hands-on support from strategy to delivery, with strong ownership of project scope
• Mentor junior team members and act as a point of leadership in a complex environment
• Challenge existing practices and proactively propose solutions aligned with transformation goals
