Change Manager

Job descriptionStrong experience in change management within automotive or embedded product domains. In-depth understanding of change control procedures and tools. Excellent organizational and negotiation skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. Familiarity with regulatory standards in automotive industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage change control processes across multiple embedded automotive projects.
- Review, evaluate, and approve change requests ensuring risk assessment and impact analysis are complete.
- Communicate change impacts to relevant stakeholders and track change implementation.
- Maintain change records and audit compliance to internal and industry standards.
- Facilitate change advisory board (CAB) meetings and drive decisions.
