We are hiring Customer Experience Specialist for eCommerce industry
Location -Gurugram ( Sec-44 )
Key Responsibilities :
💠Actively monitor and explore website user and merchant platforms (web & mobile) to identify bugs, design flaws, confusing flows, and friction points.
💠 Simulate end-to-end journeys (e.g., user purchase, merchant listing, onboarding) to surface real issues.
💠Document findings clearly with screenshots, recordings, and detailed issue descriptions.
💠Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to escalate and follow up on reported issues.
💠 Suggest improvements or enhancements based on observed behaviour and customer pain points.
💠Provide reports and insights on site performance from a customer perspective.
Requirements :
🔹2 to 7 years of experience in customer experience, product testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
🔹 Strong understanding of web and mobile interface; e-commerce background is a plus.
🔹Excellent attention to detail and ability to think from both customer and merchant perspectives.
🔹 Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
🔹 Strong organizational and documentation skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks.
