We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of potential customers and OEMs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic and annual business plans for Thermax Products , ensuring sales growth and team performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers of potential customers and OEMs.
- Create, monitor, and review strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Develop and execute annual business plans for Thermax product lines.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Lead and manage a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reviews, and market analysis.
Required Qualifications :
3–4 years of experience in industrial sales.Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.Strong understanding of Thermax products and industrial markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinking with a focus on business growth.Skills Required
