Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, applicators, builders, and dealers.
- Promote and sell products like admixtures, waterproofing systems, grouts, sealants, repair mortars, and flooring systems.
- Conduct site visits and product demos to support application and build customer trust.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and contribute to market growth.
- Develop and manage relationships with key influencers architects, consultants, and engineers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for on-site support and problem-solving.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and timely collection of payments.
- Maintain customer data and sales progress using CRM tools.
Requirements :
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or any related field (preferred).Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in construction chemicals or building materials.Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh.Knowledge of local construction practices and market dynamics.Benefits :
