Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, planning and managing events, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include executing sales strategies, conducting market research, communicating with clients, arranging event logistics, and following up on event inquiries and feedback. The specialist will work closely with the event management team to ensure successful event execution and to meet sales targets.

• Experience in Event Management and Event Planning
• Sales skills and the ability to execute sales strategies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in events or sales in the hospitality industry is a plus
