Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with
key clients.
Revenue Growth & Retention : Drive renewals, upsells, and product adoption to maximizecustomer lifetime value.
Customer Success & Issue Resolution : Address client concerns promptly, ensuringseamless product usage and satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Successteams to deliver tailored solutions.
Market & Industry Insight : Stay updated on BFSI trends to proactively identify opportunitiesfor client growth.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar role within aSaaS / PaaS company.
Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, andInsurance).
Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Mindset : Customer-first approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startupenvironment.
