We’re now looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to own client success, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across the US and global markets.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Founders, and Marketing / Sales Heads.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and consistent communication with clients.
2. Onboarding & Delivery Management
Lead smooth client onboarding and project kickoff meetings.Coordinate internally with SDRs, delivery, and performance teams to ensure KPIs are met.Maintain accurate documentation of client goals, deliverables, and feedback.3. Business Reviews & Reporting
Conduct Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with clients.Present insights, campaign results, and recommendations for improvement.Track key success metrics such as booked meetings, conversions, and ROI.4. Upsell & Cross-Sell
Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through new service offerings, additional licenses, or higher-tier packages.Collaborate with the sales team to convert upsell opportunities into revenue.Maintain a strong understanding of MillionCXO’s services and success stories.5. Internal Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure campaign quality and consistency.Share client insights to improve internal processes and offerings.Contribute to client retention, renewal, and satisfaction KPIs.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

3–6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, Marketing, or Lead Generation agencies .Excellent communication and presentation skills (US client handling experience preferred).Strong analytical and reporting skills.Proven track record in client retention and upselling.Comfortable working in night shifts to align with US client hours.Why Join MillionCXO?
