Role Expectation :
- The Territory Sales Incharge is responsible for managing the existing Over the Counter (OTC) channels and developing new channels in unrepresented areas.
- In the existing channels, the TSI is expected to ensure smooth working by Sales Representatives, maintaining relationships with Dealers, ensuring repeat order and timely payments.
- In the unrepresented areas, the TSI is expected to search, identify, meet and appoint new dealers as per the Company norms and help in generating the primary sales till the time the channel gets developed. Once the channel gets developed, the ASM will be responsible for the working of the sales representatives appointed in that area.
- It would be expected from ASM to be on the field for around 15 to 18 days in a month.
Personality Traits : should be outgoing, pleasant, should have attention to detail, should have a sense of accountability and should be committed to execute the plan of the management
Prior Work Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably channel sales of Ayurvedic products or FMCG.
Work Location : The company is located in Indore. So, an ideal candidate should be from Indore and open to travel. However, we are also open to meet candidates from other locations.
