Position : Sr Process Analyst

Location : Pune

Roles Mandate :

Min 3 Years of experience in insurance domain
Graduation Mandatory
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience working with UK & US Insurances
End to End Claims Experience Works

Key Responsibilities :

Insurance Expertise : Requires 3+years in P&C Insurance, knowledge of the insurance lifecycle, and night shift availability. Experience in Surplus Lines, MGA, or brokerage is a plus.

Customer Support : Manage operations, resolve queries, and ensure smooth service delivery for renewals and new business.

Compliance & Due Diligence : Ensure regulatory compliance and timely completion of client-level requirements.

Policy Lifecycle : Provide end-to-end support for policy services and proactive renewal activities.

Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a liaison between underwriters, servicing teams, carriers, and brokers.

Claims Operations : Deliver exceptional claims assistance, reporting, and documentation.

Skills : Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
