Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Academic & Student Counsellor / Partnership Specialist to drive student enrolments and strengthen institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate will combine student counselling expertise, strategic relationship management, and business development acumen to expand Cyrix Academy’s reach and impact .

Key Responsibilities

Student Enrolment & Counselling

• Lead the end-to-end counselling and enrolment process across multiple channels — inbound / outbound calls, webinars, digital campaigns, and events.
• Engage with students, graduates, and professionals to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable biomedical programs.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
• Maintain detailed records of prospects, interactions, and conversions using CRM systems.
• Mentor and guide junior counsellors to improve conversion rates and counselling quality.

Institutional & Strategic Partnerships

o Cyrix Skill Labs or Centers of Excellence within partner campuses

o Collaborative workshops, faculty development, and guest lectures

o Integration of Cyrix programs into existing academic curricula
