About the Program :

The FPO ScaleX Program is a joint initiative by  Samunnati Foundation  and  Sattva Consulting  to help Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) become commercially viable, member-focused, and market-linked. Fellows will work directly with FPOs to strengthen operations, build leadership capacities, and enable growth through market and ecosystem linkages.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in agriculture, rural development, agri-business management, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience with FPOs, agri-businesses, or rural livelihoods programs.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with field-based work and travel within assigned geography.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.
• Fluency in local language(s) and working proficiency in English.
