Founding Content Lead- India (1-5 YOE)

Tl;dr - FINALLY hiring for the 3rd full-time person in @Stimuler marketing team w / me & Shreeya (she joined in may&apos24 so been some time). For context, Stimuler is an AI app that helps English as a second language individuals speak fluently. We have 6Mn+ app installs, rated 4.8 / 5 across stores & won the best AI App of India 2023 award by Google Play

Am looking for an ambitious, v high-energy consumer marketer (FullTime, 1 opening, 1-4 YOE) to work super-closely with me for the next few years at Stimuler - and they will own all things Content (India) as we scale to $10Mn ARR in the next 12 months & then towards $100Mn

Tbh, this is a VERY HIGH OWNERSHIP role - as the person will work across the content funnel ; right from ideating ads + organic content, helping with offline shoots, coordinating with agencies, working with gen-ai tools, and then working with me & Shreeya Bhargava to see the impact of that content on paid & organic channels. It&aposs a very hands-on role based in-office at Bangalore, and given the pace at which we are growing, you would also have to put in high efforts (& accelarated learning pace) to keep up! (CTC : 12-20 LPA)

So, what am i expecting

⁠100% ownership of whatever you are tasked for - and this could be collaborating with agencies or video editors or just writing ad yourselves or any other aspect in the content / / performance marketing funnel.

Keep learning on the go. Talk to other people, learn from internet, use tools etc- just make sure you are improving with every new content piece you are running

⁠If you continue growing, there&aposs a chance to lead the entire performance marketing function for India (over $1Mn adspend in next 12 months)
