One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio is looking for a BDR Lead to join the business and help the Founder scale the BDR team.
Responsibilities
- Own pan-India mid-market new revenue targets
- Do everything it takes to overachieve numbers, making sure there’s always a steady flow of quality SQLs for the AEs
- Lead a team of outbound BDRs — coach, support, and help them crush their numbers.
- Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls & continuously refine our prospecting playbook
- Track performance metrics, dig into the data , and use insights to tweak and improve how we operate
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs / SDRs.You are hands-on with outbound prospectingYou know your way around cold calls, emails, and messages, and have the wins to prove it.You enjoy coaching and mentoring — helping your team grow is something you genuinely care aboutFamiliar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach , and always on the lookout for ways to streamline thingsYou think in data — you like tracking what’s working and adjusting quickly when things aren’tPlease apply to this role directly on .
