We’re Hiring - Ecom & Channel Associate

📍 Location : Bangalore | 🕒 Full-time

Bayar’s Coffee is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to support and strengthen our presence across e-commerce, q-commerce, and offline channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending strategy with execution — from platform coordination to marketing rollouts.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with partner agencies and platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, etc.)
Track sales and performance metrics across channels
Support omnichannel marketing initiatives – both online and offline
Ensure accurate listings, timely PO processing, and stock hygiene
Assist in GTM execution for new product launches

What We’re Looking For :

1–3 years experience in e-commerce / marketing operations

Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through

Proactive mindset with an understanding of digital-first retail
