Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Handling Channel Partners & Direct Sales activities with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth across projects.
2. Forecasting and planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame.
3. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
4. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
5. Proficient in managing business encompassing customer relationship management, administration, market analysis, development of new markets and penetration into new segments.
6. Analyzing market trends / requirements, collating market intelligence reports and accordingly forecasting sales. Evaluating sales & marketing budgets periodically and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
7. Organizing marketing / sales promotional activities as a part of brand building and market development effort by mapping the target customers.
8. Handling product launches to widen the product portfolio and generate additional sales.
9. Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments.
10. Leading multiple projects from concept stage to possession, across Luxury, premium and affordable segment in real estate with an in-depth expertise in Team building,
