Responsibilities :
Instructional Design (30%)
- Design and develop engaging training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, job aids, and assessments
- Collaborate with SMEs to align training content with organizational goals
- Apply instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention
- Continuously update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Global Training Facilitation (50%)
Deliver leadership training programs to global audiences, both virtual and in-personFacilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions across employee levelsAssess participant engagement and adjust facilitation techniques to maximize impactServe as a subject matter expert in leadership developmentLearning Operations Management (20%)
