About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced real estate sales professional to take on the role
of Training Manager for our Builder Channel team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in residential real estate sales and a passion for developing and
mentoring sales teams to drive performance and productivity.
This role combines hands-on sales expertise with the ability to design, deliver, and monitor
impactful training programs that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify sales training needs and skill gaps across the Builder Channel team.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on residential real estate sales,
- customer engagement, objection handling, and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with business leaders and sales heads to develop targeted learning
- interventions addressing real-world sales challenges.
- Conduct learning programs for new sales employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and sales performance
- metrics.
- Create and publish dashboards / reports tracking training KPIs, adoption rates, and
- business impact.
- Work closely with bottom-quartile performers to design customized improvement
- plans and enhance overall productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and new sales methodologies to
- integrate into training.
Pre-Requisites :
Minimum 8 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably inprimary sales.Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to train, motivate, and mentor large sales teams both virtually and in-person.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital learningtools.High sense of ownership, result orientation, and adaptability in a fast-pacedenvironment.Why Join Us :
