Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose IT services and consulting solutions accordingly.
• Generate and qualify leads through online portals, networking, and market research.
• Conduct compelling product / software demos and presentations to showcase service capabilities, leading to solution-based sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical experts, to create sales collateral, case studies, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Prepare business requirement documents and scope project deliverables for client engagements.
• Support pre-sales activities, including proposal writing, RFP responses, and contract negotiation.
• Work closely with the project and technical teams to ensure smooth on boarding and service delivery for clients.
• Perform competitive analysis, market research, and ROI assessments to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies by identifying market gaps and customer pain points, offering tailored IT solutions.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the company's service offerings.
