ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Collaborates with the Product Owner to prioritize technical and functional requirements and maintenance of the product roadmap.
• Identifies what the business wants and works with the team to determine what's feasible to deliver (adherence to firm policies and standards).
• Understands pieces of the business capability to understand potential process redesign opportunities.
• Defines, documents, and communicates requirements in work items for product development team (epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria).
• Organizes, models, and specifies requirements with the appropriate level of detail given complexity, risk, and audience; represent requirements using alternative views (ex. models / diagrams) where appropriate.
• Participates and champions all agile / scrum ceremonies (or adherence to Kanban principles)
• Monitors sprint burndown charts to know when to ramp up / down the team to drive quality and velocity over time.
