Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills, an analytical mindset, and a solution-oriented approach. They should feel confident when speaking and leading conversations with stakeholders and while asking questions. Experience in the Asset Management or Legal Compliance domain is essential.

Responsibilities :

Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions partnering with business and technology teams.
Develop and present comprehensive business solutions to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business processes and systems.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong soft skills, including effective communication, active listening, and empathy.

Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems with a solution-oriented mindset.

Confidence in leading conversations and asking questions to gather necessary information.

Proven experience in the Asset Management or Legal Compliance domain.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
