- Experience : 4-6 years in the Oil & Gas industry (experience in water business or mechanical product sales not applicable).
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Management : Responsible for generating and managing all aspects of targeted sales.
- Customer Engagement : Make regular sales calls and visits to customer sites.
- Business Development : Seek out new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Relationship Building : Establish and maintain customer relationships to grow profitable sales.
- Order Generation : Generate profitable sales orders in India (Western or Northern regions and associated plants / assets) through visits and presentations.
- Customer Sourcing : Assist the Sales Manager in sourcing new customers, identifying potential scope with existing customers, and maintaining contact with dormant customers.
- Market Analysis : Assist in gathering, analyzing, and using market data, including identifying new market opportunities.
- Proposal Management : Lead the proposal process from inquiry to final submission for all opportunities.
- Proposal Compliance : Produce technically and commercially compliant proposals within agreed timescales and company procedures.
- Support Proposals Engineers : Assist Proposals Engineers throughout all stages of the proposal process, from inquiry to final submission for all system project leads.
- Lead Follow-Up : Ensure follow-up on all sales leads and opportunities.
- Customer Interface : Act as the primary external customer interface on designated inquiries, including proactive and responsive interaction with customers.
- Marketing Support : Participate in creating and generating new marketing campaigns and assist with related marketing activities as required.
- Sales Targets : Achieve set sales targets and report on progress weekly / monthly.
- Reporting : Provide weekly reports and updates on customer visits, opportunity platforms, and upcoming schedules.
- CRM Management : Update CRM and maintain / track ongoing opportunities and sales funnel (KU / MP / WP).
