Role Overview
We are looking for a GTM Engineer (Lead Generation & Business Development) with 36 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon.
This role combines marketing operations, lead generation, GTM execution, and next-gen AI-driven automation. You will work closely with the CEO, sales, and marketing teams to design and run scalable GTM systems, identify prospects, generate and qualify leads, execute campaigns, and support Infra360s growth journey.
This is ideal for someone who loves self-management, ownership, and building systems from scratch and is excited about leveraging AI / LLMs to supercharge GTM execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
Research target geographies, accounts, decision-makers, and industry verticalsDefine and fine-tune the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Build and maintain a healthy lead funnel in CRM to support sales targetsArchitect and maintain end-to-end GTM systems using tools & automationLeverage AI / LLMs for prospect research, personalization, and workflow automationDeliver 510 qualified leads / month and ensure 95%+ CRM accuracyMarketing Campaign Execution
Run cold email campaigns with focus on deliverability & personalizationExecute outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and Social channelsSupport content creation (case studies, blogs, briefs)Track & optimize campaigns using analytics and AI-driven insightsBusiness Development Support
Partner with sales to align GTM with revenue goalsSupport account-based marketing (ABM) initiativesParticipate in outreach & early qualification conversationsMarket Intelligence & Reporting
Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM records (Zoho / HubSpot)Present weekly / monthly lead generation & pipeline reportsQualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field36 years of experience in GTM, demand generation, or business development (preferably in IT Services / Cloud Services)Hands-on experience with GTM tools : Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Instantly, Dripify, Zapier / n8nStrong communication & cold outreach skillsProven expertise in email deliverabilityData-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs & campaign ROIAbility to build GTM systems & automate workflows using AI / LLMsStrong self-management & ownership skillsGood to Have
