Job description
  • Lead fundraising activities through banks, financial institutions, and investors
  • Manage loan and debt syndication processes to support business expansion and capital needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize capital structure and funding sources
  • Prepare and present financial reports, investment decks, and updates for stakeholders
  • Monitor financial covenants, compliance, and reporting obligations
  • Coordinate with internal finance, legal, and strategy teams to support financial transactions
  • Identify new funding opportunities and negotiate favorable terms
  • Ensure transparency and consistency in investor communication and engagement
  • Track market trends and investor sentiment to guide strategy and messaging
