About the role :

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer / Manager on the Enphase Solar O&M Engineering Team, your mission will be to design, develop and maintain cloud-based software services & modules that cater to millions of users and process terabytes of data. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a team of engineers to design and deliver impactful software solutions. Your leadership will drive the adoption of best practices, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with business needs.

Enable Enphase to succeed in Solar Energy domain by building application and services for various stakeholders of the company including homeowners, installers and customer support.

What you will do :

Lead the design and implementation of scalable REST APIs and microservices .

Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

Mentor and guide team members to achieve technical and professional growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software systems.

Monitor and optimize system performance for scalability and reliability.

Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies.

Who you are and what you bring :

B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering from top tier college and >

70% marks

10+ years of software development experience.

Proficiency in Python and Postgres , with knowledge of related frameworks and tools.

Experience in leading engineering processes, including ticket grooming and sprint planning.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
