Job description

Key Deliverables :

Lead architecture, development, and delivery of web / mobile logistics solutions (TMS, mCrew)
Manage full SDLC, drive Agile execution, and enforce DevOps / CI-CD best practices
Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional engineering team
Collaborate globally to align technology strategy with business goals

Role Responsibilities :

Contribute to coding, architecture reviews, and technical decisions (25–30%)

Guide solutioning using Java, microservices, cloud, and front-end frameworks

Drive talent development, performance reviews, and team scalability

Oversee vendor partnerships, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
